This herbal blend provides the liver with elements to cleanse, nourish, and lower inflammation, as well as to improve digestive function.* Our liver is one of the most important organs in the body's detoxing process and therefore should be constantly nourished, so it may perform its essential functions. Whether it's showing up on your skin as acne, as unusually bad breath, or in the form of slower digestion, the liver always signals when it's in distress. It's often affected by gallbladder health and vice versa! Along with cleaning up our eating as much as possible, calling on the help of our plant relatives can be extremely helpful in the efforts to improve our liver health.* We recommend taking this all-natural formula to help detox your liver and help combat the stress on the liver from being overweight, taking a lot of pain killers, eating too much sugar or salt, or drinking too much alcohol.*
Please note- If you have gastritis, gastrointestinal issues or stomach irritation, we recommend you consult with your doctor to ensure this remedy is right for you in the short or long term.

Take 1/2 tablespoon twice daily in 8oz of water, fresh juice, or a blend it with a small piece of your favorite frozen fruit and some ice cubes for freshness! Berries are preferred, but you can use other fruits too. If using juice, a small splash is recommended just to help the earthy taste. We don't want to oversweeten.
Some folks also like it dissolved in hot water as a tea, but always start with 1/2 teaspoon to a teaspoon if going this route and ensure you take it with food! Powder herbs tend to be a little more potent when used in hot liquids, so again please take this remedy with food.
