Oregon Grape Root
Boil 3 cups water in a large pan, just until boiling. Turn off heat. Add one heaping tablespoon of herbs, per cup of water, directly to the water (3 c. water = 3 T. tea) Stir briefly. Cover pan and allow to steep for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on potent you want your infusion. Strain and drink! Take 2-3 cups daily.
