Boil 3 cups water in a large pan, just until boiling. Turn off heat. Add one tablespoon of herbs, per cup of water, directly to the water (3 cups of water = 3 cups of tea). Stir briefly. Cover pan and allow it to steep for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how potent you want your infusion. Strain and drink!
