List of plants and their benefits

    • Alfalfa – A rich source of phosphorus, it is also used to treat high cholesterol, asthma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes.
    • Barley Grass – Rich in vitamins A, C, B and minerals iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It is also very high in absorb-able protein and contains 20 amino acids, including 8 of the essential amino acids that body can’t produce itself.
    • Bilberry Fruit – Powerful antioxidant that strengthens blood vessels, nourishes the circulatory system, and is known to help eye health and lower sugar levels.
    • Bladderwrack – Also a Sea Algae in the form of Kelp that reinforces the benefits of Sea Moss. Due to its high mucilage content it may help expel excess mucus from the lungs.
