Ingredients: organic marshmallow root, uva ursi, rose hips, horsetail, buchu leaves.
Directions: For a maintenance, take 20 drops 2-3 times daily. It's recommended to dilute the drops in a tablespoon of room temperature water and place it under the tongue for 1min before swallowing.
Take 40 drops 3 times daily as a therapy dose.
